Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like meeting new people around the world because I think I can learn others cutures.
I Know very well Barcelona and I can show the city visitors.
I think it's a good idea to know a city with local people. They know interesting places out of tourist routes and the customs and traditions.

My hobbies are hiking, cycling, swimming...
I also like cinema, theatre, museums and exibitions.
And of course I love to meet with friends. And make new friends travelling around the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Years ago, I went to Mexico for a year to do voluntary work on a development project in an indigenous community with a local NGO. To teach women how to read and write.
It was an amazing experience because I got to know a different culture , different customs and exchange experiences.
I can see that even with such hard life conditions these women were eager to learn and get ahead by themselves.
They are wonderful people.
