I think there are lots of things :)
to name a few:

- taking part at an icebath event when the lake was frozen and staying in the water way longer I thought I could

- sleeping outside, waking up for the sunrise and just enjoying the moment several times, also with friends or my family

- doing spontaneus roadtrips with my best friend a few times
