I'm an engineer by my first education, I worked in laser laboratory, then in 90s I became an accountant, I worked mostly as a Chief accountant. I have a son,26 and a daughter,31. My mom was from Ukraine and my dad was from Russia.
I've been to the USA, we went to Burning man in 2013, I've been to Egypt and Tunisia.
I hosted a lot of people in my apartment in Ryazan: from the USA, France, South Korea. I moved to Moscow 5 years ago and I live in city center. On weekends usually I drive to my home city.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My daughter moved to Australia and I'm learning the language now. I would love to host English speaking guest to practice my English. And it's a great idea to stay at someone's place when you travel and meet people.

Interests

I sing in a choir, in November 2015 we will perform in New York City. I play the guitar and I love to gather my girlfriends to sing. I love working in summer camps as a counselor, usually I do it during my vacations.
I like hiking and collecting mushrooms in the woods.

I can share my couch, tell where to go in Moscow, take you to the theater or museum. I can walk you around as I love Moscow. Also I can introduce you to young people if we are of different age, though I like to communicate with different generations.
