I'm Elena from Romania and i'm 27 years old. I found out about this site through some posts in 2018 but never actually took the advantage getting a taste of what this way of traveling looks like and now I'd like to give it a try.

About me..
I am a combo of ADHD and dreams full of hope kid in an adult body  Since I can't save the world, I thought of saving you some money and help you discover Bucharest by hosting you. However, that comes with a price - share one or two things that are specific to your culture in my notebook. Oh, and some house rules which you'll find later on while reading this novel.
Some important things that you must know:
I am working on night shifts as well, so I won't always be available for guiding you through the town, but I will give you some tips&tricks.
I am living in an old 3 room apartment which I am still renovating BUT it has everything you need and I will also try to be the best host too.
It's located not far from the central area (20 minutes by subway) and if you have kids or you love parks, there's a big one at a 5 minutes walking distance which has lots of attractions for the kids, and some peaceful spots for the adults as well.
Since you're pretty much a stranger to me and the world is full of mystery intentions, I have a video camera installed on the hallway which will be turned on while we share the place, for safety reasons, and I hope you'll understand.
If by any chance you're traveling with your pet, I'm going to make sure that the conditions will be met,BUT it's going to have to leave me a comment in the notebook as well.
Now moving on to the house rules, assuming that you are a decent person, I believe you don't need to be given a set of 'guidelines' of how to behave. However, there are some things which are important for me.
I will host anyone who is traveling to Bucharest as long as I will have a background of their life, WITH specific details.

I will host you if you are minding your business and if you're genuinely a nice person with good intentions. It goes without saying but i feel i have to say that I am Not hosting for matrimonial purposes, so please hold your horses and enjoy Bucharest vibes!
While we are in the apartment at the same time, act as if we were roommates. Please be mindful of the personal space as i will be as well.
For the rest, feel as if you were home!
