Hi there! I'm Elena, from Russia. Now I am living in Moscow (originally I am from Saint-Petersburg) with my beloved boyfriend and we will be happy to host you here. Our place is quite far from the centre but we are sure that you'll find it interesting to communicate with us and we can always show you around Moscow if we have some free time.

And soon we are going to Spain and hope to stay at smb's place to get better local experience, share smth and prove that Russians are nice to deal with)))

I am a private tutor working over skype that's why I've lived in different places working on-line. I've spend many years in Sri-Lanka, I've visited India more than 10 times, stayed in Thailand for 4 months, travelled to Europe and a bit in Russia. My boyfriend Alex is a traveller, too. He's been to South Africa, China, India, Vietnam, Nepal etc. We like to go on trekking, challenge ourselves with new trips and projects.

I am crazy about music, arts, especially drawing (you can see my amateur works here https://www.instagram.com/iva_smilemaker/) and dancing. My boyfriend likes travelling especially to the mountains, he studied in drama school, likes dancing and arts too.

We don't drink alcohol by the way)

First of all we'd like to meet lots of new people who share our interests such as traveling and arts. We are always happy to make new international friends.

And secondly we would be delighted to stay at someone's place while travelling to get the idea of real life and interests of the locals, make new friends and enjoy time together.

I've travelled in a company of some international travellers I met on the way (from France, Israel, Slovenia, USA) so I am sure I can get along with people and they can be comfortable living and travelling with me)

I listen to lots of different styles of music. It just must be intellectual and of a good quality. I really adore Thom Yorke, Tricky, Nick Cave, Tori Amos, Dave Gahan, Lhasa de Sela, Massive attack, Random Rab and etc etc etc

We like to dance so we regularly visit some events where we can listen too live sets of different Djs and musicians.

My favourite movies are Americam beauty, Waking life, Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, A lot like love etc

Books - My all time favourite is The Hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy, Russian classics (we have plenty of awesome authors), O'Henry etc

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I guess it was my moving to Sri-Lanka at the age of 24. With no return ticket, almost no money but with the heart and soul wishing for a big great change in my life

I am teaching English and learning Spanish. I can draw, compose poems, make mandalas, do some arts, teach morning yoga and basics of meditation.
