Traveling is my passion.
I am an university student completing my Erasmus year in Poland. I was born in Madrid (if you've never been there, you should!)

What could I say about myself... I am 22 years old, I am studing Translation and Interpreting, so languages and cultures and living abroad always have been an interest for me. I also love music and arts.

I am a Outgoing and open-minded person who enjoys equally pyjama's night doing nothing but Netflix and a party animal nights. No limits, open-minded, I am here to have fun, meet people, travel around the world and living great adventures with a map on the pocket.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This is the very first time that I use Couchsurfing but I heard wonderful things about this social net. I understand that my lack of references may be a problem of trust for some of you... but there is always a first time to joy this way of traveling, right?

The best thing about traveling is being close to the culture and people of the city you are visiting. I think that this application gives you the opportunity to sink into someone else's historical and cultural way of living.

Interests

Travelling around the world is my biggest goal in life.

Write, read, learn... especially other languages.
Meeting new people is always interesting.

Hanging out, play music (guitar, singing or ukulele) on jams with friends, lay down and do nothing (one of my best qualities, actually) , videogames and comics, drink beer, enjoy live concerts and festivals, talk, talk, talk...

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Blues, soul, gospel, r&b, folk, country, flamenco, swing, jazz, foxtrot, crazy jam sessions... and some electronic waves based on the previously mentioned.

Movies: Cinema is one of my many passions. Don't make choose one specific movie or gender... those are some of my directors or scriptwriters: Charlie Kauffman, Wes Anderson ,Coen Brothers, Lars von Trier, Kevin Smith, Spike Jonzes, Fellini, Jean-Luc Godard, Billy Wilder, Tarantino, .. And of course, Peter Jackson and George Lucas, forever and ever.

Series: Breaking Bad (obviously), The Soprano (re-obviously) True Detective, The Wire, Orange is the new black, Lost, Family Guy, South Park, Better Call Saul, Twin Peaks... I am planning to start with House of Card as soon as possible (I mean, if it is Kevin Spacey, it must be epic, right?)

Books: ABOVE ALL: TOLKIEN.
And besides, favorite book is a triple winning between Momo, by Michael Ende, Siddharta by Herman Hesse and 1984 by George Orwell.
Favorite writers: George Orwell, Herman Hesse, Federico Garcia Lorca, Victor Hugo, Terry Pratchett. Harry Potter geek. Game of thrones geekest.
Also poetry, Classic Literature, Naturalism and Realism from XVIII-XIX Century, XX Century Vanguards, Classic Philosophers...

Living in Poland in winter?

I mean, for you maybe it is not a deal, but came on, I just packed my things and moved to Poland. IN WINTER. I mean, snow in the streets like in the movies (yes, I am Spanish)
For me it is pretty cool.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm not sure what I should write in this section but.. yeah, I would love to teach, learn and share. And love and dance and play too.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am not looking for really fancy accommodations, if you have a shower and a little corner in the floor where I can lay with my sleeping bag for a night would be wonderful to me!

I am a really great cooker. Seriously, if you host me I will be happy to cook one of my delicious and famous dishes for dinner as gratitude.
Also, I think I am outgoing and chatty, so we can talk and share common interested...
I would love people to share with me, not only the most touristic places of your city, but the secrets on it. Those things and places that you appreciate living there and barely appear in a tourist guide. Show me where you live and why you love it so much!

I promise we can have fun.

Also, if you are not really outgoing is OK for me too. I feel like an independent person and I also need some free space so it is up to you to show your boundaries. I can feel conformable with almost every situation :)
