I also like feminist literature, philosophy, linguistics, politics, and cultural theory.

One special skill that I have is vegan baking (making cookies, brownies, etc. without the use of animal products like eggs or dairy), but I don't always keep vegan when I eat myself!

I know a lot about agricultural development and agricultural policy; I taught a university course on how agricultural policy and economic forces combine to influence global hunger (to see the syllabus -- http://trinity.duke.edu/uploads/assets/GlobalPoliticsHunger_01.pdf).

I really want to learn how to play the harmonica!
