ABOUT ME

I'm lively, friendly and always on the look for new experiences and fascinating people. :)
Although I study mechanical engineering, my curiosity is more committed to natural sciences and I spend most of my time philosophizing away about life :)
With my formation as a CMAS Scientific Diver, I took part in a research project on the sub-marine volcano of Panarea, Sicily. From November on, I will do an internship at the engineering department of the ocean research institute in Kiel.
Since I spent most of my childhood in foreign countries, I am ever fascinated by new cultures and people of different backgrounds. Therefor, I am learning as many foreign languages as possible.
When I travel, I want to plunge into the new country and its culture. So booking a hotel is no real option for me. That's why I took part in every student exchange that was offered to me at school and at university and that's also why I'm very much looking forward to couch surfing in Malta.
