Hi there!
I'm a 24 year-old student from a small village in north-eastern Italy, right in the middle of the Giulian Alps at the so-called 3 Lands corner, where Slovenia, Austria and Italy intersect.
I graduated in Gorizia, then moved to Padova, and after two life-changing Erasmuses in Germany soon I'll be off to a new adventure in Strasbourg where I'll be doing an internship.
I guess my friends would say I'm a curious person and a cat-lover. Indeed, I always feel the urge to coddle and caress every single cat I bump into.
My interests include a variety of things, such as reading a good compelling book (often a crime novel), skiing, playing the piano, listening to music, politics, art, of course travelling, etc.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on here because a lot of people I know have been telling me how great it is, so I've decided to give it a try.
I always enjoy meeting new people, especially when travelling, and CS seems like an excellent way to try and be less of a tourist and more of a traveller.
At the moment I can't host, but hopefully I'll change this status as soon as I find a new home in Strasbourg.

I'd be more than happy to teach you some Italian and how to make a good Frico, which is a yummy friulan dish :)
Obviously I'm keen to learn anything from you, whether a typical dish or some words and sentences of your language... you name it!
Am also interested in improving my skills in the foreign languages I already know: English, German, and French.
