What I love: nature; dancing (in particular popular dances from all over the world but also dancing at concerts or parties or even at home with some music I feel; I also love contact improvisation and peers); music, when it makes you move, vibrate; smiling and make the others smiling; creating things with my hands; drawing or writing or finding ways to express myself; speaking with people and trying to discover new things and maybe also discovering something new about myself and the others, I always try to find the "positive" part in everybody; I also love a lot to stay alone, it depends on the moment; touching things made with particular materials; arts in general; tales and stories and I like when people are good storytellers; colors; meditating; chinese old medicine and philosophy; natural way to heal; many more things I don't remember now or I haven't discovered yet!
I'm vegetarian (when I'm not at home and it's a problem being vegan) and I love cooking vegan food (I also worked in a vegan restaurant and now I'm sometimes doing some vegan catering for little events), I usually don't use any recipes, I love to try, explore; anyway it's not a problem for me if someone eat meat or fish next to me.

Knowing people and places, make connections, not being only a tourist.
