About Me
Hey y'all!
I'm Elle, shorter and easier version of Eleonora, and I'm currently a bachelor student at the University of Bologna . I recently came back from a year abroad in China and still trying to re-adapt to the Italian lifestyle. I must say that yes, I missed pizza a lot.
I grew up in a pretty provincial place but my dreams make me wander far, far away from here. I'm a friendly person that loves a chill and social environment more than anything else.. maybe a glass of Prosecco can win my heart over though.
I like going to the movies, photography exhibitions, museums or concerts. Sightseeing or hiking, cycling or snorkelling I've done it all and I love it.
Things I want to try : bungee jumping and parachuting.
Cultural exchange is something that I grew to love so any new friend, in my opinion, has a lot to offer.
That's all folks. Peace out!

Music, Movies, and Books
My taste ranges from electronic music, some Dubfire never killed nobody, to indie-rock, give me some Mumford and Sons or Lumineers and I'm yours, and to hip-hop, Macklemore you are my fave!
I really enjoy those movies that play with your mind like Shutter Island, Inception or Memento, but at the top of my list I definitely put Fight Club.
At the moment I'm into Spanish (language) literature like Gabriel Garcia Marquez "Cien Años de Soledad" or Carlos Ruíz Zafón "La Sombra del Viento".
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
To be honest the last year of my life was pretty crazy but the craziest thing could be getting drunk on homemade alcohol in the jungle with a super-friendly group of Dai minority people (chinese).
But even backpacking through South-East Asia for two months was quite incredible, I must say.
What I Can Share with Hosts
What could I possibly offer if not a heartwarming friendship?
I have a lot of travel tips (you never imagine how many things can go wrong), vegan-food advice and strong opinions about gender issues or politics. You name it.
If you are interested into a language exchange that could also happen: I lived a while in the US and in China so I might be able to shed some light on your English or on your Chinese.
