My name's Elfin, I'm 21 years old and I currently live in England, but I spend about half the year abroad working as a dive master. I love to have fun, I don't take life too seriously but I have my aspirations and goals in life set. I love to go for adventures, I'm very spontaneous and it always works out better that way! I have a passion for life and the world and have been told I'm "relentlessly positive".

My biggest passion is experiencing things, new places, new people, new anything, and I've been doing things like workaway and blablacar for a few years now, it always seems to be the most fulfilling experience. What's better than meeting a local and getting to experience a part of their life?!

In my spare time I love going for hikes and forest walks, exploring castle ruins and general adventuring. Visiting museums, art galleries and sanctuaries is always fun, but not what i do often. I have a passion for scuba diving and enjoy paragliding every so often, and I like making gift boxes and other crafty things. I also enjoy gaming and partying

My music taste is very broad, but my favourite genres are ska, reggae, rock, old school hip hop, surf, acoustic, gypsy and funk. My current favourite bands are Ocean alley, Sticky Fingers and Caravana Sun.

Some of my favourite films are The Beach, Donnie Darko, The Hole, V for Vendetta. I'm not a huge film fan but enjoy seeing new ones.

The best books I've read are The Way of the Peaceful Warrior, The Green Lady, The Magic Cottage and Life Lessons from the Monk Who Sold His Ferrari

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I went on a road trip with my dad from Greece to Austria through 7 countries, we then went to Switzerland and after, I went on to Germany to meet friends who had moved to Berlin and stayed with them for a few months. It was such a beautiful experience, I saw so many places and met so many people, it really changed my life
