ABOUT ME

I like to go on adventures, explore abandoned buildings, and go swimming any chance I get on a hot summer's day. I also love to dance and go to concerts. When traveling, I like exploring lesser-known museums and wander about just to get the feel for a place. I studied Astronomy & Physics as an undergrad, but will be going to graduate school to study the History/Sociology/Philosophy of Science. I can get pretty nerdy. I am open-minded, up for meeting new people and to explore new places.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I joined a long time ago and then took a break! I am back because I am in Europe now, and may be traveling from time to time as I work on a fellowship. I also have an apartment that is more accommodating towards guests, and will hopefully be able to open it up to the couch-surfing community when I am not already hosting friends. Unfortunately I will not be able to host anyone until starting in March though.

Seeing Kevin Saunderson and Green Velvet at the Detroit Electronics Music Festival. The super bright stars on Assateague beach in Virginia and then night-swimming among bio-luminescence in the sea.

Can buy communal drinks :) If you need to practice your English, can help with that, if you need to practice your German .... so do I. Um, but you probably already have a bunch of native-speakers to practice with so not much help there. I can share pictures of my cat... I can also offer to host you in Graz, Austria in the Spring :)
