ABOUT ME

I have lived most of my life in Mexico, where I grew up, but I have also spent the last 11 years of my life (non-continuously) living in the United States. The best experiences in my life are connected to family, environment, to water, and travelling to places that are different and far from my home. I have made friends wherever I have been, feeling at home in many different cities, countries, continents. I like to smile at life, to be very critical, but nevertheless enjoy what I have, share it with others, and dream and work for a more peaceful, environmentally sustainable future.

Being in the middle of a thunderstorm under the canopy of tropical rainforest in Ecuador and being paralyzed by the power of nature

Biked around Qinghai Lake in Western China in 4 days. Experienced, cold, sunburn, rain, accidents. I was extremely happy the whole time.
