ABOUT ME

Im a student of Information Systems in Muenster, a town with 300.000 residents and about 3 bikes per resident (statistically). Therefore, almost no student owns a car around here.

Im currently at San Diego State for an exchange semester. After that, there is not much studying left and professional life is waiting.. :(

In my free time im usually spending my time with the internet, friends or playing soccer. Im also a Scout, but i dont get to do much scout-related stuff lately.

I also enjoy travelling a lot, though i have only seen most of Europe and some parts of the U.S. (Florida and California).

PHILOSOPHY

Always try to obey local habits and never do anything to anyone that you wouldn´t want to be done to yourself. In my opinion, this won´t cause any trouble and everyone is happy :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

While travelling you have the most fun when you are around locals. Since I intend to travel to some more places of the world (South-east asia, australia,..) I thought couch surfing might be a good alternative to meet people at these places who can introduce me to location specifics which you will not encounter when you are a normal tourist

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Though my account is pretty new, I have already been couchsurfing. A friend of mine organized this and i didn´t know couchsurfing back then nor did i have an account. It was a very nice experience with all our hosts!

Music, Movies, and Books

I prefer action movies and comedies. They might also be extremely stupid.

Music-wise i like alternative rock and some metal. But i won´t complain about other persons likes and dislikes when it comes to music.

Im not really much of a reader, but when it comes to books i prefer Terry Pratchett

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most "amazing" i have done was a two week trip with 150km of hiking and canoeing
