I try to do things that get my brain buzzing with energy. These are usually sporty (rock climbing), outdoorsy (trekking, travelling, indie festivals), meditative (currently learning Tao) or creative (playing the guitar, doodling....

And the most important thing of all. Doing my best to be a compasionate person and becoming an excellent human being.

Movies: Princess Mononoke, Akira, Dancing with wolves, Lord of the Rings, Old Boy, Amelie, Amores perros, Sex and Lucia, City of God, red, blue and white trilogy, Sword of fire and Ice (all of them), Pillars of the Earth, 100 years of solicitude, Harry Potter, Perfume, Preacher, Sandman...and many many more. Music: very eclectic, canta-autores, movie soundtracks... even a spot of heavy metal here and there. I'm really into a book called "the self-sufficient-ish bible", just trying to get a bit more environmentally conscious I guess, plus can not be a bad thing to Learn to grow your own food!

I went running from Canberra to Sydney with a para-wheel chair for charity. It took me 5 days.
