I'm a journalism student on a 5 week backpacking trip!

I'm laid back, enjoy nature, photography, serinsipidiously meeting people on the street, and exploring new places. I like a fun night out but I'm just as happy doing something relaxing and peaceful as well.

I do smoke but I have no problems going as far away from the house as necessary so as not to impose.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It seems like a cool way to meet local people and have an authentic experience while traveling. I have never couch surfed before, but I've met many people who only have great things to say.

Interests

I like photography as a form of self expression and as a way to make lasting memories. I'd love to be a photographer for a travel magazine someday!

I love exploring and adventuring. I think sometime the best experiences happen when you are open to the unknown, and inviting new people and experiences into yor life.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Kimbra, Kendrick Lamar, outkast, and Chet faker.

Movies: Clue, based on the board game! It's really funny. Second favorite would have to be ex machina.

Books: midnight in the garden of good and evil by John berendt. Currently reading war of the end of the world by Mario Llosa and so far it's a close 2nd.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm really into old school film photography. I can teach you some tips and tricks for using film cameras. I have a 35mm slr and an old Polaroid from the 1960's!

Id really love to learn new languages. Anything I can pick up would be super cool and I would also love to help you practice English :)

I would also enjoy cooking together or having a glass wine and good conversation!
