About Me
I pride myself on the fact that I never shy away from adventure. If something makes me uncomfortable (like karaoke) then I am pretty much obligated to give it a shot. Without the desire to push our comfort zones' how can we grow as individuals?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm moving to NYC for a new position with AmeriCorps teaching Environmental Education. I've been trying to get an apartment, but no one seems to want to conduct any of the leases with someone coming from out of town. I was hoping to find a place to crash for a few days while I visit houses in Queens and get a place.
In the evening after I've done my apartment hunting I want to get to know the city with my host! I am up for concerts, parties, museums, drinking, and general debouchery.

I'm a Colorado kid through and through.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
On my last trip while I was in Bonaire, I was able to get into the ocean and intercept a pod of dolphins coming down the coast. Certainly one of the wildest experiences of my life!
