I would say that I’m a fairly outgoing person. I have the want to learn and share. I went to college early, however due to not knowing what career I’d want I dropped out. I ended up working corporate 9-5 for an aerospace manufacturing company, but I hated it. I worked for around a year and a half. I got the opportunity to take a seasonal job in Alaska and latched on to it. It was a great experience and has given me the opportunity to take the time now and travel. I enjoy hiking, reading, playing guitar, and cooking.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to learn about people. I have an interest in learning about other cultures and belief systems. I very much enjoy traveling. I hope to explore the world and learn from people, so that one day I can host and share my experiences with those traveling.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I don’t feel as though I’ve done anything “amazing”. I believe I play more of a butterfly effect on the world and though I don’t make a societal contribution in a big way, however if I make an impact on one’s life I feel as though enough of that will slowly make the world a better place.
