I'm an civil engineering student who has decided to take a 6month break from study and head out on the open road and see what's out there. A good friend of mine once told me, "if life were a book, those who don't travel only read 1 page!" And I totally agree. I'm new to couch surfing but I think it sounds like the best way to travel meet And stay with Some real locals, not the backpacker locals who have been stuck there for the last 2 months drinking.
