COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfed in Belgium, the Netherlands and hosted surfers in Seville, Spain while I lived. Also couchsurfed a bit in Portugal and parts of Spain. Of late, have participated much more in hosting than surfing and met many interesting folks. I've hosted many bikesurfers on their way down the coast and can provide some insight into routes to take, places to see and campgrounds to stay at on your journey down the coast.

Intereses

Biking, reading, writing, translation, teaching and traveling, of course. I love outdoor activities including ultimate frisbee and talking with people about books. I really like listening to people talk about some journey that they really loved. Sometimes I'll share my own travels, too, and often, I just like to listen.

I love to cook, especially with a wok, I can teach you about extra virgin olive oil which I know a lot about. I knit hats. I like to share and learn about good books. I'm usually on a kick about some book I'm reading or have just read.
