About my present life I must say that the name my parents gave me is Elia.I'm Italian and I want to live my life travelling the world to explore,eat,drink and meet new people.

Recently I got my Master Degree in Law and I have been working as insurance broker until now. Despite that,I have a big passion for movies and music.And food. And alcohol. But only when they are good.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My sister,who had several CS experiences, spoke so well about this website so that I've decided to begin too. Unfortunately I live in a small town in Sardinia which is not very touristic, despite its beauty, so I don't have chance to enjoy CS groups or meet new people. When I visited her in London, I went to CS meeting and I thought it was amazing how people can easily meet new people and understand new cultures through the website. Indeed I believe that this is a great website,especially when you are travelling alone.

Interests

I spend most of my spare time watching movies and listening to music. I like reading too,even if now I don't have so much time.
I'm a football fan and I have been playing Basketball for years. I used to sailing catamarans and kayak...I love the sea and I'm lucky to live in Sardinia where the sea is truly beautiful.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I slept on the roof of a church.

And swimming with sea lions which are in extinction, in Orosei Gulf,has been an incredible experience too. Lovely animals to have intellectual conversation with.And cute. It would be my pleasure to take you there, it is one of my favourite part of Sardinia.

What I Can Share with Hosts

When I'm not working I would be glad to show around my city and my island. My town is pretty nice, surrounded by mountains and with an amazing view of the dyke. Sardinia is an island where coastal drives thrill, prehistory puzzles, and sheep (four million of them) rule the roads. Its simple pure beauty.Also my town is quite close to Cagliari which is the main city.
I enjoy cooking and I would try to cook for my hosts at leasts once during their stay. I think the best moment to know someone is around a table full of nice and typical food!
