Hi, my name is Veronica (however I go by Elia). I have been travelling around the BC area while doing some self healing and seeing that Vancouver is the place where I want to get settled for a while.

I am very clean, organized and live a healthy lifestyle. I cook most of my own food and primarily buy Organic and Local but still love to go out to some good restaurants and have a good time.

I am more introverted than social so I like to have my boundaries respected, but I really like to meet people that I can have a good conversation with when we are both grabbing some food or over tea/coffee.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people, exploring new countries and experiencing it through a cozy home. I am someone who likes to be on my own most of the time but still love to be out and about with new and old friends having a really good time talking about life.

Interests

I love to rock climb, dance, paint and be outside in nature. I also meditate, do yoga and read a lot of cool books that you probably wouldn't find in most people's libraries...

All Time Favourite Band: Coldplay.
Otherwise I pretty much like all types of music; jazz, electronic, classical, new age, some pop, country, and others I can't quite think of right now.

With books that's a bit more personal. You have to get to know me a bit better ;)

Movies: Anything with a decent storyline. Travelling movies. Anything with beautiful cinematics and good acting. No horror movies...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Moved all the way to Vancouver from Toronto without ever seeing BC in my life and not knowing where I was going to live, found an apartment the day after I arrived.
