Overview
About Me
If I would be a time of the day, I would be the early morning hours, before the town gets busy. If I would be a place, I would be the shade below a tall tree during summer. Apart from that I'm also a student in International Politics at KU Leuven.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My current mission is to get to know Leuven where I will be studying. So first and for most I want to meet lokals and students to get some insights in the life there. And if one of them has a couch to spare I'd be very grateful too :)
Interests
I like to discover new ideas, places and people. I like to step into trains. I like to talk about everything and spend time alone thinking.
Music, Movies, and Books
I don't have any particular music genre that I listened to exclusively, but according to Spotify my current rotation includes: Beirut, Gorillaz, Daft Punk and some others. Currently I read a lot of philosophical books and a great fantasy novel.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
While wanting to pay for my lunch in the students canteen in Freiburg, Germany I realised to late that I didn't have enough money on me. Then the person behind me payed for my food without batting an eye. That is an attitude that I try to live as well.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm pretty unsure about what to write here, I think we're all constantly learning from each other, but what there is to lern sure doesn't fit here! But I do like to give away or swap the books I've read.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Since I have never surfed or hosted before, I'm not quite sure how this couch eco-system works and what is expected of me. I'd be glad to share my limited cooking skills, an happy attitude and long conversations :)
