ABOUT ME

New Yorker by day, hustler by trade. I was born and raised in New York City and have lived there for pretty much my entire life. I have spent the last few years traveling across the world, most recently having spent time teaching at a secondary school in Botswana. Life has brought me back to the city, where I currently work for a creative agency specializing in film, branding, and musical events.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was lucky enough to have been able to crash on an assortment of couches throughout the southern hemisphere during my travels. Now that I am back home, whoever has it in them to trek to the madness of Brooklyn is always welcomed as a guest on my couch.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Interests

Music: Anything from 60s rock to 70s soul to 80s MJ to 90s pop I am down for strictly good vibes. My favorite genres at the moment are hip hop(which is lacking to say the least) and electro(non commercial). Basically I feel for anything that makes me dance.
Sports: Avid basketball, footbal(american), and football(with your feet) fan. I played basketball from the time I was born until the time I graduated college so whenever I can find a game I seize that opportunity. Recently I have picked up the yoga craft...but to no avail, flexibility is not my forte.
Traveling: Currently traveling through Africa but have been lucky enough to have trekked through Sud America, the United States and Europe. Looking for wherever adventure can be found, prefer to get a local feel of an area rather than the typical party hostel one. So please cheap bars and no covers!!

Movies: City of God, anything Tarrantino, anything not Tyler Perry

Music: the obvious classics(Beatles, Stones, Temptations, Bieber), soul, funk, hip hop(90s), R&B, and electro(Praslesh)

Books: the Alchemist, Vonnegut, anything Beat Generation, Siddhartha, Catch 22, dystopian novels, Asterix, and obviously Tin Tin
