About Me
ABOUT ME
In general:
-I thrive on balance.
-To have fun I mainly do things that involve board-sports (surfing/kitesurfing) but I also bike, swim, and have dabbled in lots of other activities.
-I feed off of vibrant surroundings, but I also like time to myself in a quiet calm environment. I love the pulse of a big crowd or party. I also love the tranquility of solitude.
-I'm spontaneous - come up with a good adventure and I'm in.
-I eat a lot. A lot of people call me a health freak, but I don't think Im at all freaky, I just like vegetables.
-Music is essential in my life. I'm always excited to hear a new tune that resonates.
-Sometimes I laugh so hard I look like Im crying. I cant wait to share a good joke.
-I watch movies, read books, and listen to the radio to know what's going on in the world as well as to feed my imagination.
-I like improving myself, which means you'll often find me trying to acquire a new skill ranging from coding to rock climbing.
-Im not a chatterbox like my sister but when I am interested in something I can talk all day long.
-I like sleeping.
-I like someone who can challenge me, and I can challenge back.
PHILOSOPHY
I have found that many seek money for happiness yet they fail to realize that money is not an end in itself but a means to another end of ones choosing. Happiness in its truest form, despite many people's inclination towards material pleasures, comes in the form of spending time with friends, family, traveling, exploring hobbies and other experiential pleasures. Too often societies restrictive norms and beliefs lead us to become paralyzed by fear at the thought of veering from the most heavily trodden path to success. In my life I don't want to kick the pebble of happiness down the road for the prospect of some day attaining enough money to achieve it. Rather, I seek to devote myself to drawing the marrow out of the present moment. Lost time is never recuperated and at the dusk of my life I do not want to look back and regret not having spent enough time truly living.
