I love exploring and meeting new people, as well as seeing new places. I currently work as a journalist in New York, and I hope to fit in as much travel as I can between crazy deadlines.

My top musical artists are Dylan, the Beatles, Arctic Monkeys, the Libertines, Josh Ritter, the Tallest Man on Earth, Feter Hendel, and Kanye West.

My favorite movies are actually TV shows: The Sopranos, The Wire, Breaking Bad, The Leftovers, and anything Planet Earth-like (i.e. Life, Life of Birds, and pretty much any/every BBC nature documentary—David Attenborough is the man!).

My favorite books are all of the Harry Potter books (except a few long sections of Book 7), How to Breathe Underwater by Julie Orringer, Wonder by R.J. Palacio, 11/22/63 by Stephen King, and anything by Jim Harrison (of blessed memory).
