About Me
READ: not accepting guests until January because I am on exchange and living in a tiny dorm room in Amsterdam
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love seeing local culture when I travel but I feel like there's a fine line between voyeurism and participation and I sometimes feel weird and exploitative as a tourist trying to 'suck up' the local culture. Couchsurfing lets you make deeper connections that feel authentic, and hosting let's you make tons of new friends to pay it back!
Interests
My travel dream is to go around the world to see a baseball game in all the baseball-loving continents (latin america/asia/north america). So far I've done Canada (my beloved Blue Jays), the US (Detroit, New York, Cleveland, Boston), and Japan (Tokyo, Hiroshima). Next on the bucket list is South Korea!
