COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've just started on CS.. but I've hosted and surfed before. Here's a reference from a recent non-CS couch-surfer:
"I had the pleasure of staying at Elisabetta's while backpacking across Europe. She is a fantastic conversationalist (in English mind you) and a lot of laughs to boot. Not to mention very accommodating. I give the experience two big thumbs up!!!"

I'll be happy to teach English, Italian and what I've been learning in the field of holistic medicine.. all about healthy lifestyle and alternative medicine, from vegan food to essential oils. I'd like to learn more about yoga, Qi Gong, acupuncture and traditional chinese medicine, raw food & vegan cooking, buddhism, and also cultures and languages that I don't know, such as Japanese and Chinese.
