About Me

Actually, I am a student studying English Language Teaching at Hacettepe University; however, this year, I am in Augsburg as an Erasmus + student.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing because I am a junior traveller and I want to learn and experience as much as possible from real travellers themselves.

Interests

Music music and music again. A little bit of this (languages) and a little bit of that (science, psychology). 😄

Music, Movies, and Books

#Music: It will be a cliché but I love every kind of music. It depends on the mood I am in. The language doesn't matter. My favorites are 'The Chemical Brothers', 'Kings of Leon', 'Urban Cone', a little bit of this (Underworld, Justice, Röyksopp) and a little bit of that (Jessie Ware, Laura Welsh, Passion Pit).
#Movies: These days, I am fond of documentaries. I watch the ones on beauty such as Misrepresentation, America the Beautiful. I like to watch the one that leave a trace after watching it.
#Series: I am much of a sitcom girl. I watch '2 Broke Girls', 'Community' and 'Bob's Burgers'.
#Books: I still try to be a bookworm. (Please don't judge me.) I like to read interesting and conplicated books e.g. I've read the Turkish version of 'Three Trapped Tigers' by Guillermo Cabrera and I tried to read 'The Soft Machine' by William Burroughs (and I failed 😄). Some classics as Tolstoy, Dostoyevski etc. And oh, comic books and mangas play a huge role on my love of reading. Finished Naruto, still reading Hellblazer.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

First, starting travelling was amazing, but scaring rather creepy, therefore fascinating. Still on the road. (Sometimes on streets. 😶) Second, attending my very first two day music festival all by myself. Thinking about doing it many other times at many other music festivals.

Teach, Learn, Share

I teach people how to make fun out of small things (I laugh a lot, even when there is nothing to laugh about.😂) I learn how to be serious and I share my food and love. 😊
