Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think meeting unusual, interesting people and cultures means meeting different worlds, gaining a new perspective and having lots of fun! So I'm here :)

Interests

Feminist, ecobiologist, amateur photographer, nature lover, LGBTIQ and vegan-vegetarian ally, 2 cats' roomie from Turkey. Still student and gonna be a neuroscientist when she grows up. Also writing as a volunteer on an ecological e-magazine.

I love travelling and trying to discover foreign cultures to me as long as possible. If I can't travel at that time, I'm hosting people. I'm using this site since 2013 and I can say, I don't have any -really- bad experiences.
I'm trying to more focus reading than internet but so far not very successful. I love music especially post-rock, indie and jazz but nearly all of kinds, and I really like to spend my time at the nature. So I often do trekking and camping. Also of course cooking!

I'm trying to live like an activist but its not possible for me to strictly devote myself something, so I'm just trying to do what can I do. I can not stand fascist, macho, money-lover, narrow minded, conservative, normative, self-righteous people. So, if you can define yourself any of these, lets not keep in touch.
