About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To get to know myself and the world!

ABOUT ME

Open minded Norwegian girl who enjoys other people's company. I have done quite a bit of traveling over the past years, becoming older and having the freedom to go wherever whenever, both alone and with others.
I can be both quiet and outgoing - I listen to music, I read books, and tell silly jokes. I find the earth and pretty much everything on it intiguing.

PHILOSOPHY

Do to others what you want done to you.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Have recieved a lot... Haven't been able to give too much back - yet. Always smiling to people with backpacks. Need bigger apartment. Stay tuned.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Used CS a lot during my trip across the US in spring 2012. I learned so much I can't even grasp it. Can't wait to do something like it again, and hopefully I will be able to host soon. CS makes the world a lil'bit bettahh

Interests

I enjoy music, books, the internet (although I curse it's excistence some times...), other people, motion picture, sending and recieveing letters, nature, cats (most, but not all dogs frighten me), a tasty orange, being enlightened by elderly people, shopping (yes...), photography, napping in my hammock attached to two trees outside my family's cabin in the mountains in Norway, doing nothing with friends... plus travelling and all the magic it brings.

Music, Movies, and Books

Some of my all time favorites are MGMT, Animal Collective, Yeasayer, Pink Floyd, Frank Zappa, Neil Young... these are just a few. I learned a lot from reading Catcher in The Rye, and I enjoy Paul Auster's books. Right now I'm doing a Bachelor degree in English at the Uni of Bergen - enjoying the British literature class a lot.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Eating Dal Bhat every day for two months without getting fed up by it.

Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Honduras, Italy, Kenya, Namibia, Poland, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Uganda, United Kingdom, United States
