Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've always thought that this is the best way to experience a country - by meeting someone who REALLY knows it. If I haven't had a meaningful conversation with someone local, I feel like my trip is incomplete.

I'm very new to couchsurfing, as most of my travel companions have not shared my views, and only now I'm finally leaning towards doing things the way I want to.

My music depends on my mood - i can go from AC/DC to Nora Jones to Beyoncé and top it off with Ed Sheeran.
Anything acoustic is always a win though.

Lately memoirs have caught my attention, and Educated by Tara Westover made me sad, angry, shocked, hopeful, scared and a mix of all of these feelings at once.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Challenging my fear of heights whenever I have the chance - bungee jumping, cliff diving, climbing shaky towers. Still have skydiving on my to do list.
