Overview
About Me
I'm out of Amsterdam for a while, so I can't host for a while... But wherever I go, I am happy to meet up!
I am a positive and open minded person who is interested in others people's storeis. I am the kind of person you end up having either a very stupid or a very deep conversation with. I have a lot of energy and therefore I like to do and see a lot.
I just spend a few months in Lund (Sweden) for fun, but mainly for my graduation. Now that I just graduated from my Master's I am looking for a job and therefore roaming NL (and Germany) for a bit. While I crash at family or friends, I also try to pcik up some shift at a foodtruck every once in a while, although winter is not exactly food truck season. I try to travel and meet people whenever I have time, which is not a lot. My schedule is completely unpredictable and unsure so I'm not able to host 99% of the time. The same for meeting up, I can only make last minute plans.
I believe that couchsurfing has known better times and I get the impression that more and more people don't realise it's about meeting locals rather than free accommodation. I don't believe couchsurfing is just for finding a tour guide and sometimes I feel the best part of traveling is to just be there and live in the moment. If you send me a message or cs request than please add in the word unicycle so I know you've actually read my profile.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My travel motto: 'meet as many locals as possible'. Well not exactly, because I think it's more important to get to know someone a little better than just meeting a bunch of people. Anyway, I like to get to know new countries and new people. I also love to show people something about my own life. I think the idea of sharing and giving a bit of insight in each others lifes makes travelling and meeting new people much more interesting.
