Interests

I like to move my body through Yoga, Acroyoga and Dance (Ecstatic Dance / 5 Rhythms / Shamanic Trance Dance / Contact Improvisation)

I like to spend my time in nature, walking barefoot on the earth, and foraging for wild herbs and mushrooms, connecting with the spirit of each plant, making herbal tinctures and different alchemical things.

My intellectual interests mostly lie in the psychedelic world, the brain, consciousness, DMT, lucid dreaming, psychology, shamanism and indigenous cultures, ayurveda.

I like electronic music, psytrance, chill out, modern metal, prog rock, modern jazz, afrobeat and world music.
