Overview
About Me
I'm generally easy-going and positive, and I can get very enthusiastic about little things like a good cup of coffee or a walk out in nature. I love visiting botanical gardens, beaches, parks, and museums. I'm fond of murals and enjoy looking at interesting architecture and art.
I work remotely in the field of Learning and Development offering training, facilitation, coaching and mentoring, and I recently completed my Yoga and Meditation Teacher certification.
Looking to support my team at work, I also earned a Stress Management Consultant certification, and I offer stress management workshops both virtually and in person.
