ABOUT ME
Updated on 2/28/14:
I laugh all the time. I'm passionate about traveling, art, and music. I love Jesus, cats, taking jumping pictures, dinosaurs, coffee shops, art museums, jellyfish, and mountains. My relationships with the people I care about are extremely important to me, and I love meeting and getting to know new friends!
In May 2013 I moved back home to Dallas, TX after living in Asia for almost a year. I was teaching English in Bangkok, Thailand and got to do some traveling around Asia but sadly my time there is finished. I'm now living at home in Dallas, working as a photographer and a barista to save up some money before my next travel adventure, whenever and wherever that will be. I don't have a couch to host as I am living with my family, but I'd love to meet some traveler types, whether it's people passing through or people who live here! Message me if you want to hang out.
PHILOSOPHY
I strive to love people where they're at, for who they are, and without judgement. Living a selfless, generous life is so much more rewarding than only looking after your own interests. These things can be difficult and I fail sometimes as all human beings do, but it is what I believe God wants for us.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
While in Kenya I experienced an abundance of joy through the bright smiles of some rural Masai people. They had practically nothing in terms of material things and status, but they had all that is truly important in their hearts.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love sharing music with people, and have been told that I make really good mix tapes. I also know about most things art-related, especially in the photography area. Was classically trained in piano since age 7 if you want to learn that. I'm not a singer but I love harmonizing. Am always up for trying new things and gleaming what I can from other people.
Countries I’ve Visited
Austria, Cambodia, Croatia, France, Germany, India, Japan, Kenya, Laos, Malaysia, Morocco, Norway, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom, Viet Nam
Countries I’ve Lived In
