I'm 22 years old and studying Surface Technology in Germany. Last August I exchanged to South Dakota School of Mines for one semester. I had a really good time there and met people from all over the world :)
After 4 months in the Midwest I traveled to New York and to the West Coast.
I love traveling in general and did a roadtrip through Europe for 6 months. I've been to a lot of places but love to explore even more :)

My Norwegian friend Michael told me how great Couchsurfing is and how many interessting people you can meet through it. I enjoy hearing stories about traveling or life in general and love to share my stories too. And I like to explore places I would miss without meeting couchsurfers.

I most likely listen to electronic music but depending on the situation I listen to nearly everything.

Unfortunately I don't have enough time to read during the semester, but I devour books in my breaks. One of my favourites are the David Hunter series, "Night Train to Lisbon" (definetly want to do that one time) and "Ein Riss im Himmel" by Jeannie Brewer.

I drove a 1979 Chevrolet C10 from Rapid City,SD to the Great Sand Dunes, CO and back (1250 miles / 2000 km) without a break down. Was an awesome roadtrip.

Sharing stories from many trips around Europe. I can teach you how to count from 0 to 10 in Korean or cook Indian chicken masala with you (I learnd that from my Indian friends in Rapid City and really enjoy cooking with so many spices).
