About Me
Hey people :)
Studying Renewable Energy Engineering in Oldenburg and Zaragoza but am currently in Kassel for my Master thesis... my life is chaotic but it's lovely.
I'm a pretty easy going person with a million interests and hobbies. I love to talk about politics and philosophy, and whatever topic you bring up. I love to meet new people, listen to different experiences and just have a good time together. What fascinates you that you would like me to know?
In theory, I'm always ready to try out something new - in practice, I have to add "whenever there is time and energy". Rowing is the newest activity I'm picking up :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
First of all I love to meet different people, get to know other cultures, and have good conversations.
It is wonderful to reach a place and meet local people there so you don't feel like a complete stranger and at least get a chance to grasp a bit of the idea of how living at this place may look like.
Right now I can't accept guests because I just moved to Kassel but when I can, I will be happy to host guests as well.

Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy listening to a variety of music genres, but my favorites include indie rock, punk rock, and various oldies. I also like political music that makes me think about the system and things that are going wrong at the moment.
I'm a huge bookworm, so I always appreciate recommendations for excellent reads! I have also just taken up listening to audiobooks. A part of me loves it since it means more time for crocheting, but another part of me criticizes it because it's more efficient (surely disguised capitalism). Anyways, I'm now reading a lot of literature regarding ableism, racism, feminism and so on. But novels are something I also like to read, so hopefully I'll have more time for them soon.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Stories, vegan food, memories, gratefulness. A lot of knowledge about climate change, but that's probably rather frustrating..
