About Me
Hi, my name is Élisabeth, I am an undergrad student in quebec-city. My sister and I will travel in China and Australia this summer. Until then I am open to propose my couch to traveler, until it's my turn in may. Instant karma they say :)
As a host: I live with my boyfriend in a 3 1/2. Our flat is in old-quebec and full of light. I can offer our double sofa bed in the living room for one, two or three night, maximum two persons. I will make a notice when we are ready to host. :)
As a traveler: I will be alone from may to the end of june. From july I will be with my sister. We are friendly and easy going. I am learning mandarin chinese and getting better every day. My sister is 32 years old, she works in an elementary school as an educator and she is a singer and a musician too. We want to travel the world, make friends and learn new cultures. :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to help traveler and show them the most beautiful neighborhood of Quebec City( to my taste, the most beautiful city in Canada).
And I want to keep myself and my sister safe while we travel in Asia and Ocenia. Couchsurfing seem a safe, practical and cheap way to travel and meet people.
I heard a lot of good things about the couchsurfing community and I can't wait to be a part of it.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I get lost easily. So far getting lost in China took me to: right in front of the house of the ambassador of Sri Lanka, in the fanciest diplomatic hostel, in a communist museum, in front of the catholic university of Beijing, in a temporary exibition made from crazy light, to black sesame gelato, in a belarussian art exibit and to the migrant worker's neighborhood of Beijing, at dark.
And I am just starting to travel! So many exciting adventure are still waiting.
Teach, Learn, Share
My sister can sing and play music.
