ABOUT ME
Hi there
I'm a free spirit who desire to learn about the diversities of life. I'm open minded, outgoing, like to be optimistic and overall happy. I really love to meet people and experiencing the diversity of cultures and people around the globe. I love to hear stories from all walks of life.
Ohh and btw, I'm vegetarian and have been for a lifetime but I'm not religious about it.
PHILOSOPHY
Live your life the way you want to and the way that makes you happy because it's your life and not others.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Since I have been living on the road for the past 6 years, I'll be looking for places to stay. I might be home now and then, so feel free to contact me if you need a place to stay, maybe I can help.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have attended some CS meetings, hosted one official surfer and I have been hosted a few times. I have hosted a number of travelers at different places I have stopped for a little while.
Interests
Music is important to me and I'm currently trying to learn clarinet to be able to play with others. I also like to go out, dance, play and meet people, but I can also enjoy a good book or movie. I'm very interested in culture and different ways of living and I love travelling. I enjoy to go for walks, being creative, photography, yoga and long philosophical conversations about everything and nothing. I'm currently writing on two books.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Almost everything but hard death metal, empty pop-music and opera.
Movies: I have seen a lot of different movies, but these made a special impression on me; The Gods Must Be Crazy, Before Sunrise, The White Masai, Lord of the Rings, Into the Wild, Hauru no ugoku shiro and The Color Purple.
Books: Biographies, historical, fantasy...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
It's a tough question.
I have had so many unusual meetings with people, which I will never forget. Some I just have meet have told me about their life and things they haven't told anyone, at least without knowing them before. In my opinion that is amazing.
Buying a one way ticket to Australia with no plan or return date. It's one of the best things I have done so far. Love every minute of my current adventure! Crazy how a year turns into 4.
Living of the land in a bamboo hut for 7 months in the jungle on a tropical island.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you Danish, poi, saw, a bit of acro yoga, macrame, how to grow vegetables and how to cook tasteful vegetarian food. And if you need a new haircut it so happens I can help you with that, as I worked in a salon for a while. Don't ask me how I ended up there haha.
I would like to learn the "unwritten" rules in other cultures, to dance salsa, tango, swing, lindy hop, Charleston you name it, how to play clarinet, guitar and to speak Spanish properly.
