About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Gnothi seauton. Travel the world and the seven seas. Live life to the fullest.

ABOUT ME

I was born and grew up in Germany, as a member of a Hungarian/American family. I have always had my relatives scattered over two continents and been used to travelling since I was a little kid. Therefore I have always thought, that relationships are not defined by proximity and that home is much more what you make of the concept than the place where you were born.
I would describe myself as an outgoing, open and humorous person, who enjoys both being silly and energetic, as well as calm moments, good conversations and a good night's sleep. I am in love with all the beautiful places that I have seen and constantly prepared and willing to learn more.

PHILOSOPHY

"Ich will, solang ich hier bin, die Augen auftun, bescheiden sehen und erwarten, was sich mir in der Seele bildet." (Johann Wolfgang von Goethe)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

so far surfing in Portugal, France and Spain

Interests

Hang out with people and alone. Travel. Drink coffee. Drink alcoholic drinks. Dance in clubs with good (or extremely bad) music. Dance in my room. Dance while cooking. Talk a lot. Read. Write. Get to know new people and listen. Look at stuff. Climb a city's highest building. Take millions of photos. Check local supermarkets. Walk, until my back hurts and my feet feel like they have to be chopped off. See new places and return to old ones. Listen to music and sing along. Play piano+violin. Attempt playing the guitar (you don't want to listen!) Study. Learn languages.

travelling and enjoying this planet's breathtaking aesthetics I guess..

Teach, Learn, Share

I love sharing kitchen secrets and recipes (you tell me yours, I show you mine). I can bake and make pralinees.

I can teach you the languages I know and I am always interested in practising. Also I am always up for learning some basics in new languages; special interests at the moment are French and Italian.

I would love to learn to play the guitar (I have one, but never had lessons).

And everything else, you think is worth sharing.
