I hover beetween my occupation as Materials Engineer and my various interestes in art, books, cinema, music, folklore...human beings.

I was born and raised in Palermo, I spent in Milan several years and I lived in Austria for a while.

Music: I'm very eclectic and a bit lunatic, currently I'm in love with Talking Heads, PJ Harvey, Brian Eno, Miles David, Django Reinhardt, Kraftwerk, XTC, the Smiths, Martha Argerich and various Italian songwriters.

Movies: italian directors and french Nouvelle Vague at the top. My favourite film is ''il conformista'' by Bertolucci. In addition: Truffaut, Pasolini, Tarantino (kind of love-hate), Antonioni, Fellini, Wenders, Lars von Trier, ...

Books: an infinite collection! I love old greek tragedies (Sofocle mostly) and Platone, Herman Hesse and Arthur Schnitzler, Isabel Allende and Josè Saramago, Camilleri, Moravia, Ionesco, Amelie Nothomb ...
