ABOUT ME

I live in Northern California in a small town called Roseville, close to Sacramento. I work as a physical therapist in outpatient orthopedics. I am very passionate about many things - dancing, traveling, work, and friendship. I love learning new languages, trying new foods and meeting new people. Please teach me something new, I love to learn!! I dance Salsa and West Coast Swing among others. I have a labradoodle named Callie who I love with all my heart and miss dearly when I'm traveling. I love sushi and can appreciate good wine and beer. I surround myself with wonderful people - my friends are the best in the world and they make me a better person. I can't wait to continue my journey in meeting people from all over the world :)

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life because life is worth living. I have learned a lot through hard times, and I will never let a day go unappreciated. You never know when you may never see your friends or family again, so you must always live life to the fullest and follow your dreams, goals, and heart!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am somewhat new to couchsurfing, but I have known a lot of people who have couchsurfed and say nothing but wonderful things. I like to spread the word about what a great experience it can be - to experience something local on your travels and build a new network of friends. It feels so good to lend someone your couch and advice and have that favor returned to you!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have stayed on many people's couches, but only two so far on this website. Nothing beats a real local experience where you get the "in's" to the cities, food, friends, and culture!

Music, food, dancing, traveling, NPR, yoga, trivia night, comedy shows, basketball, concerts, plays, shows, movies, community service, snowboarding, camping, sushi, photography, road biking, live sporting events, extreme outdoors adventures - skydiving, paragliding, bungee jumping, canyoning, etc..., just life!!
