About Me
Hey!
I consider myself a relatively chill human being. I love drawing and painting, and having super deep and strange conversations with people on a whim. If you see me walking, I'll be jamming to music and smiling at strangers to see if they'll smile back. Animals are on par with people in my book, or even better depending on the people I meet. ;) Life is lovely and love is good. My favorite past time is adventuring with other adventurers who feel like life is better spent meeting new people and discovering new places.
On a more realistic note, I'm originally from Tempe, Arizona in the states. Growing up in the desert was a wonderful way to get to know the sun and different shades of tan. I've studied a variety of dances since I was three-years-old, and am now lucky to be a dance instructor teaching new three-year-olds, among other ages, how to ballet and tap. I'm a commissioned artist on the weekends and during the summertime where my main medium is acrylic, watercolor, or watercolor and black ink. When I'm at school, I work as a journalist for our Office of Communications. I've written six full-length novels and will continue to write a new one with every year of my life, because when you decide to be a writer you never quite stop. Currently, I'm studying creative writing and psychology with the hope to eventually get my MFA and PhD.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm a nomad, and therefore am never quite content being in the same place for very long. It's never because the place isn't good enough; it's because I crave meeting new people and seeing new places.
Couchsurfing is an incredible way to accomplish these things. Pairing travellers up with those who open their homes to the travelled is a beautiful way of creating new stories for others to hear about. I want to meet those people who want to hear stories, because I know that's how I, in turn, will learn theirs as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Goodness, no. Don't you know you have to trade a tale for a tale? Silly Couchsurfing.com.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach how to be reckless and therefore take the best risks, learn the beauty in other people and the experiences that differ from mine, and share moments that wouldn't otherwise be shared.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm a fantastic storyteller and a glorious lier (if you'd like me to come up with something absolutely random and unbelievable). I love pressing flowers and leaving them for people, and collecting weird pebbles that don't deserve to be ignored.
On a side note, if someone lets me sleep in their home, they will likely be compensated with some form of booze.
