Hi guys ! I'm a french girl who love travel in order to put theories into practice ! Indeed, i has made scientific studies of the architecture, urbanism and sociology lifestyles during 6 years in Lille, In the North of France. It was all well and good to study theory at the university but field study tour, as a follow on, are an opportunity to be totally immersed in a tangible and real situation with concret people and their way of life !

Travel is an opportunity to discover the particularities and specifities of each region to take account of regional and local conditions In my current or future architecture projects.
Indeed, each trip provide a realistic scenario and encourage more logical approach than theoretical instruction.

In architecture it’s difficult to act against globalization but we can do a great deal to preserve cultures in their broadest sense. I am a curious and happy person who enjoys to meet new people or discover new places and landscapes with the purpose of using this skills and knowledges to taste in several professionnal projects.

Travel help me make more aware of the cultural importance of urbanism and its impact on the current and future development of towns and cities and the significance the human dimension has for the architecture.

On the other hand, I'm deeply passionate in Art and use my chance to travel, to see museums, art pieces, or other creations.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

One of the reasons why I'm on Couchsurfing is to expand my horizon.
I will let myself be surprised by meeting new people, sharing amazing stories, discovering of little known but sites, hearing new languages, tasting the gastronomy of the territory, …

according to me CS gives visitors a the best chance to discover the savoir-faire and the character of the region and thanks to the couchsurfing network i will feel me nearer to people that live there to understand the different way of life.

travel is nothing without meetings and CS is a concrete experience in dealing with this matter. I hope that meetings with many host throughout trip will allowe me to discuss and exchange views on our actions and respective projects.

I will draw from my many experiences to achieve this priority aim to build an environmentally and socially sustainable lifestyle which was closer to peoples' dreams and aspirations.

Meetings with couchsurfers also encourage friendship and good relationships around the world, acknowledging our cultural differences. And after having lived in Paris over the past year and a half, i need it !
