ABOUT ME

I'm an expressive therapist and artist, as well as a writer, researcher and educator. I'm a bit of a nerd, but I know how to let loose. I'm a live-to-work kind of gal, but luckily my line of work feels like a way of life that I really enjoy. I'm vegetarian (but not dogmatic about it), interested in sustainable lifestyle-practices, and invested in social justice. Though I love intense conversation and can be very serious when it comes to work, generally speaking - I'm smiling and laughing pretty much all of the time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking the Inca Trail was pretty spectacular....but many, many others through my art and research practices. I've been extremely fortunate. Someone very very dear to me in my life told me recently that I'm a great storyteller. I'm not a great storyteller. I'm a storymaker. I want to live in a way that creates a long continuous series of beautiful, adventurous, tender, magical, opening and connecting experiences and experiments. But these experiences aren't shared via internet profiles - always better over a cup of tea and walk. I might sound like a dreamer or idealist.... but I can assure you - my feet are on the ground and my roots grow deeper and deeper every day. ;-)
