Overview
About Me
I am a very open, very sociable and happy person. I love talking and meeting new people, travelling, studying, and I am always interested in furthering my knowledge any way I can.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Being a full time student, I don't have very much money to afford hotels and so on when I travel. I like the idea of couch surfing, because I'd get to meet people from the area all the while using my savings to travel a little more.
Interests
I love to read, write, teach, speak, play music. I enjoy lenghthy conversations with interesting human beings, as well as learning in any way, shape or form.

Music, Movies, and Books
I am a huge classic rock fan, namely a Beatles lover that also greatly enjoys Fleetwood Mac, Elton John, The Beach Boys, Joan Jett, Joe Jackson, Supertramp, Queen, Peter Gabriel, and many others, I really do enjoy any kind of music, though mainly rock, as long as I can rock out and dance it or play it.
Also a big movie fan, my select top few would be Donnie Darko, Fight Club, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, The Breakfast Club, Across the Universe, The Runaways, and the Hannibal Lecters and Milleniums. I like all movie genres really, with a pronounced penchant for horror and thrillers. I also love to marathon shows, like Dexter, Grey's Anatomy, Friends, Hannibal, Breaking Bad, Skins, My Mad Fat Diary, etc.
Book-wise, I absolutely adore reading, so I must say that I've read quite a few different genres. I fancy old-fashioned, classic novels more than most people would, but I don't mind any kind of litterature, as long as it's mildly intellectual. I love to read spanish to further my grasp of it.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Won a thousand dollar bursary for a science cegep with an essay on the mass extinction of dinosaurs (I've always loved them)!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my knowledge in music and langages, speak about philosophy, gender studies, my hometown (Montreal, Quebec). I have a bit of cooking experience (vegan, gluten-free, etc, because I have many allergies), and am currently also learning to dance rockabilly jive, which I would love to teach others as well. If my hosts own intruments, I would gladly sing and play for them too! :)
