CURRENT MISSION Traveling Europe to learn about the food, wine and culture! ABOUT ME Born and raised in middle America (Kansas), I forwent culinary school to learn the ropes in real kitchens. Someday, my partner, Adam and I hope to open our own restaurant, We moved the the Pacific Northwest (Washington State) to find the right place to settle down. We love the outdoors and exploring new places, eating and drinking our way through the globe. We are currently traveling Europe until mid December, using couchsurfing as a tool to fill in some gaps for places to stay (we are also doing some work exchange via workaway.info) and meet some people!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING its be a long time since I have used couchsurfing but am hoping to fill some gaps in my 2 1/2 month journey around France, Spain and Portugal. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE Every experience I've had so far has been excellent! I've met some wonderful people, many who will be life long friends. I would recommend it to anyone.
