After living 1 year in Rīga, Latvia, for an European voluntary service in an environmental organisation, i'm back in France and working in a school. One of my aim during this year in Latvia was to travel all around the country and abroad, this is how I discovered couchsurfing.

To meet some new people from different culture and have fun! Speak about travels (well actaully, about evrything!), discovered some place with them.

兴趣

I like to hike and at the same time doing geocaching, spend my time oustide and do kayak, diving, swimming, or going to the beach to read a book and shore fishing. I like theater (especially street theater), chill out with friends, playing molky and board games.
I also like cooking (even if sometimes i fail, who is perfect?) and share dinner with friends or just have a drink in front of a concert. I love music festivals , being with a lot of people that you don't know but enjoy the music and have fun together and discover new bands. I like dancing, especially with my friends because sometimes I dance like a monkey, i'm not sure that it's allowed in a nightclub!
And of course as i am on this website it means that i like to travel and meet new people!

I'm eclectic! I listen rock, electro, folk, french and world music most of the time, but i also have some guilty pleasure with old or pop music (Arcade fire, Neil Young, Jake Bug, David Bowie, Queen, Bears of legend, Archive, Alt+j, Cat power, Daughter Izia, The XX, Moriarty, Metronomy, M83, Manu chao, La yegros, Buena vista social club, Orichas, Otava yo, Deluxe, Parov stelar, Balcan beat box, Dropkick murphys, Planxty, Old crew medecine show, Birdy nam nam, The Prodigy, Emilie Simon, Fakear, Vitalic, Boris Brejcha

Of course i like movies but i'm not a ''movie buff": Tarantino, Tim Burton, Miyazaki

And about books i like nordic novel ( don't ask me why...).

Bobsleigh,
Swimming in a frozen river after a sauna (but i think it's not amazing and totally normal for people from the north...)
Playing rugby in a woman team,
Pretending i was working for a band to enter in a huge festival,
Steal candies when I was a child??? (i know that is not a nice thing guys....)

教，学，和分享

As i'm french i can teach you some stupid french words or sentences, or also some latvian languages (and explain you a little bite the latvian culture). But i can also teach you how to make owls with cardboard (super usefull!), or flowers with plastic bags (such a beautifull decoration you would think...), i think it will be very usefull for your life!
I can try to cook for you some french dishes.

I have a sofa bed in my living room and I can show some nice places in this city and around on the britanny coast. Of course it is also possible to meet just for a drink.
